Seriously, I worked in fast food for over 10 years and am very understanding when it comes to waiting or having to pay more if something wasn’t heard correctly in drive thru, etc but this is ridiculous. When you pay for fast food, you should just simply get the items you pay for. I would’ve wait an extra minute or 2 to make sure that this was right and not said a word but the fact that I had several missing items and then got 2 tacos that I didn’t even order without meat…just lettuce and cheese…lol. Its truly a shame. What has happened to the integrity of people? Hopefully they get some good help soon. 4 out of 8 items were edible/correct. Thanks Taco Bell. I guess you really do get what you pay for!

I would give zero stars if possible. My nachos bellgrande had a huge hunk of dried beans and meat on top that was hard.. the supreme tacos had no sour cream. My nephew had to order at the kiosk because no one would serve him at the counter. Everything was cold.

There I was. Hunger deep in my belly, rollin' out of town and lo'! Taco bell right there. I pull up, with the quickness and order that sweet new meal I haven't tried yet; the Chipotle Chalupa combo. Now this bad boi comes with a hard shell taco(which I normally don't get because they're always low on meat and filled with lettuce). This time however, my hard shelled taco was packed to the brim! I'm talking an inch of meat with the lettuce and cheese falling out the top. Oh my lord that was probably the best hard taco I ever did eat in my days. ON TOP OF THAT these new Chipotle Chalupas are SMACKING! I repeat, SMACKING! 11/10 would reccomend. See photo for dank Chalupa.

I have tried time and time again to not be a Karen and give this place a chance but I’m done. Every time I go, they tell me the freeze machine is broke which is whatever but today when they told me that I literally saw them give the person in front of me a freeze. When confronted about it they literally ignored what I said and didn’t give me a freeze. The food is ALWAYS cold and thrown together. They always mess up my food/order. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Go to the wentzville location, it’s better. Actually I think any location is better than this one.

I ordered online it said it was ready, waited thirty minutes and finally went back to the counter they said they forgot I was there. I ordered $31.00 worth of food and you didn't even get the order correct. We ordered a Doritos nacho supreme taco and got a plain soggy taco that fell apart when you picked up. This location needs a management staff that will do the job properly. Very disappointed.

Stopped here a few times. They can slow down a touch if busy, but really friendly staff, they don't screw up my order, and actually put a decent amount of meat and cheese in the tacos. Appreciated.

Worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to, food is ALWAYS cold, never fresh, employees are always nice but the fryer must not have been cleaned for the past two years because I finally ordered something today that didn't taste like reused oil but all of it was cold. I worked the food business including at tacobell for years and I've never seen consistently cold and gross food service like that. Honestly any reviews that are good for this location must be people being nice or haven't had TacoBell at any other location ever. I come back to this one in Warrenton every few months just hoping something has changed and sadly the only thing that has changed in the past two years was that today the fried food didn't taste like oil that hadn't been changed forever. If corporate or a manager sees this, I would find better management or employees and figure out what is going on in your store.

My drivers side window is broken on my car which means I cannot use the drive thru, but every time I go to taco bell they have their doors to order inside locked. 1 out of 10 times I've gone and have been able to go inside to order. Nothing on the hours and not even a sign on the door tells me before I've wasted my lunch break to go there that I won't be able to go in and order. I'd understand if the dinning room was closed and I couldn't eat inside but everywhere else in town still gives you the option to come in and order. If your drive thru only at least update Google so I'll stop wasting my time.
