Went last night (Friday) really friendly young man behind the counter. Was very polite and really accommodating to my three kids. While we sat and enjoyed ice-cream I did notice that the kid behind the counter was cleaning and I thought how refreshing! It was a very clean shop, nice environment. Product very very tasty. Will be returning 🤩

Excellent personal service. Friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Ice cream cake that although I initially thought it was expensive it was so worth it! Cookie dough ice cream cake for my daughter and her friends! They loved it and she wanted it again this year ! Thank you so much for delivery as well, made my last minute party organisation .."A PIECE of CAKE!" ♡ ❤🧡💛

Very nice ice cream.
On the last visit I had chocolate chip and vanilla.
Parking is easy. Easy access for disabled.
And of course 2 scoops fills you up like a meal.
Who invented icecream? They deserve a medal.

i came into the store yesterday around 2 o'clock and i ordered an ice cream and when i got home i found a fly in it. This is disgusting and i will never be coming back again the lady that served me was rude and impatient and i felt rushed when i was trying to make up my mind. The ice cream was also quite small and not worth my money. This place is gross and i noticed some ice cream has dropped into other tubs. This is very unsafe as people can have bad allergies.

Haven’t been to a Baskin Robbins in years & now I feel like I’ve been missing out. We got the vertical sundae and it was the best. We were trying to pick flavours for sooo long and the girl helping us didn’t seem impatient about us asking to try flavours.

I went into the store yesterday and i saw an employee looking extremely distressed on the phone, to someone who was either a customer or a boss. This shop does not seem like its a safe environment for employees!! All i heard was someone screaming at her over the phone and she was in tears. Please people this place is an unsafe environment for teenagers to be working here ESPECIALLY WITH NO HELP!

Our go-to store closest to home with the best customer service. They let you try flavours before buying and you don't feel rushed at all. They have an opt-in text service where you can get deals, text your order for pick up. It's nice and feels like you are a valued customer.

Ice-Cream is always good so it can be hard to differentiate yourself as an ice-cream parlor. In this case the team at B&R differentiate themselves by providing top quality service... smiling and friendly. I love this place... probably a little more than I should.
