Mcdonald's

I don't usually leave bad reviews. I've been going to this McDonald's for nearly a year now. When you eat in at this McDonald's, it usually has dirty tables. They aren't busy in the restaurant as it's a town that has the hwy going through it, so it's mostly passing business using the drive thru.. So there's no reason the inside shouldn't be clean. Now for the drive thru. I can't remember a McDonald's that I've been to multiple times, where the fries are always old/cold.. The reason I'm writing this review is tonight the burgers were cold and the fries. I'd say they were left overs from the dinner rush, which was probably a couple of hours ago. I've worked fast food when I was younger. It's a hard job and a great experience. I would fire the whole crew at this McDonald's and get a better crew that cares about their jobs and the customers they serve...

20 mins to order 2 slices of Raisin Toast which was handed to me cold and no butter (nice that they gave me a knife). Absolutely poorly managed. I witness the order placed on the “warming rack” and sat there for a further 5min while I still stood there waiting. Fed up I went to the counter at which point the “manager” picked up the same items to hand to me. I informed her that they’d been sitting there for the last 5min with no response (or apology) from her! I will never spend another $ at this poorly managed place again. Pathetic
