An accidental find but worth a detour if you're in the area.
Fresh hot tasty food, quick friendly service, wide range of dishes to appeal to all tastes. The mint yoghurt with Indian dishes is absolutely perfect.
Parking on street might be difficult as it's in an industrial estate but there is parking behind the Cafe. Highly recommended.

We called in after a very long drive to visit the bass guitar shop Next Door. Excellent working man's cafe. Good food, quick service nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Like most cafes it closes early afternoon, so go in the cafe before you go to the guitar shop.

Very nice tasty breakfast good portions quality produce was very busy but still held composure and served with a smile the wait wasn't bad for a busy busy time and the food wasn't thrown in to the plate either nice cup of tea too! Would visit again

Very friendly staff, the food is always ready when we arrive (we pre order), and there is always a good selection to suit most palates. Their food is also very reasonably priced.

Great little cafe. Really good coffee. Locally sourced sausages and bacon. Had a huge sausage and bacon roll. Free parking outside.

I called in to the A La Cart Café for a quick take out sandwich and a coffee. I had a corned beef and tomato sandwich in a crusty roll from the pre-made display and a mocha. I have to say that both were absolutely delicious. I love corned beef and tomato sandwiches and I’m something of a mocha aficionado - so much so, I’ve sadly be called Mocha Man at one café! The sandwich was as nice a sandwich as I can remember having as the crusty roll was top quality,and the mocha was really really nice.
The nicest thing though was the lovely welcome by the lassie behind the counter who made the drink from scratch - not by pressing a button on a machine. I’ve not been before, but I’ll certainly be back when I’m in the area. Hopefully to eat in when I have more time. Great job. Highly recommended!

Exceedingly better value, quality and portion size than MacDonald's for less cost. Seating inside and outside. I always have something there if I am on the industrial estate.
A great place to go and wait whilst you have something done to your car or whatever.

Just visited the cafe for the first time, the food was lovely, well priced and the ladies running the show are so friendly! Great cafe, will definitely be returning.
