This was a really pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, the service brilliant and my lunch partner was great company. All in all a fabulous day.

Wide variety of food on the menu. Quiet areas to sit. Visited about 2.30 on a week day and there was plenty of space. Staff outstanding, attentive but not too much. Food delivered promptly ( within 10mins) and excellent quality and sensible quantity. Pay at the bar on exit.

Cool place to eat. We went in wanting to have an afternoon tea but the waiter did not give us the full menu and ended up ordering sandwiches, only to find out later that they were still serving afternoon teas. We'll be back another time anyway. Nice food and clean place. Good vibes.

It’s our favourite in Leamington, with a relaxed vibe, comfy chairs and delicious drinks and sandwiches. Try the BLT + chicken ciabatta or the Brie, bacon & cranberry, yum.

Very good breakfast - sausages were exceptional. Certainly one of the best in town and good value. Good service from Johnny too.

Wow, what a lovely place. We had 5 cream teas for my Mums birthday treat. The sandwiches were really well presented and very tasty. The scones and cakes were amazing. So as not to offend, I decided to have 1 side of the scone Cornish and the other side Devonish

The premises were very clean, the atmosphere, welcoming and friendly. The waiting staff lovely.
I only had 1 mini complaint, and that was the time it took to clear the table, but as I say, that is just my personal view and doesn't take away the lovely experience we had.
