i have been going here for years even when i didn’t live in the city every time i visited i couldn’t leave without getting there lavender or green tea ice cream and the owner owner is absolutely phenomenal

Quality Hand Made Ice Cream with unique flavours

After walking through the city -we felt we deserved a sweet treat.
We stopped into Larry's ice cream to satisfy our sweet tooth.
Larry's is a small ice cream parlour on the lower level of a building. if you arent paying attention, you might miss it.
The flavours of ice cream were very unique - i had never seen anything like this before. Obviously this is a small batch, hand-crafted artisinal ice cream.
Oatmeal cook dough, Ginger (Peach, Brandy, Ginger) Pistachio , cardamom almond, and many others.
We ordered a double scoop in a waffle cone.
THe flavours were very good and quite unique.
We enjoyed the ice cream very much.
Quality ingredients, top notch flavours, and hand made - these things are worth paying a premium price for.
The portions are a little smaller than you might get at some ice cream shops - but NOT compared to the big BR ice cream.

It was great, there’s wonderful artwork. I got “Ecstasy,” it was rich and very good. There’s a very fun ambience.

I've been coming here on vacation every year in the summer and it is always the highlight of my trip. I've been there so many times that the owners recognize me when I visit and they always make sure to say hello and make me feel welcomed. I plan on coming back every time I can and will surely introduce Larry's to everyone I know!

Stopped in for a hand dipped, ten dollar milk shake. Yes, shakes are ten dollars now. This is fine.

Absolutely worth a visit for their homemade ice cream. While the portion size might be modest, the exceptional quality of the ice cream more than compensates. It's a creamy delight that simply melts in your mouth. Our choice was a 2-scoop serving, featuring Oreo and mud pie flavors.

I stopped for ice scream here with the wife. Overall is good but the place place definitely need renovations. It looks ver old but the ice is good

Probably the best Ice cream in DC. I love their salted caramel swirl and it’s so tasty. They have a great variety of flavors too try

Came in tonight and faced a long line out the door, but we were served quickly and were out in under 5 minutes. We got the peanut butter & Reese’s and strawberry and were quite happy with both. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone
