Tonight was our first visit to Silver New American Brasserie on Wisconsin Ave. Food and service by our server Joey and the others on staff this evening was great. We had the pickle fried chicken sandwich and the salmon sliders and both were very tasty. Joey was very accommodating and also made a fantastic Irish coffee after our meal, one of the best I've had. Great experience and we'll be back!

I went in last night with my husband and we were completely blown away by the service! Our server Sam went above and beyond in every aspect and provided a kind, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of humor. The tuna tartare was great and the coffee bean milkshake was amazing. Will definitely return for the service alone!

Silver has quickly become one of my favorite places to visit — and easily a highlight of my college experience. I never thought I’d love this restaurant more, but after being served by Diane, I’ve come to appreciate Silver even more. Not only was she warm, friendly, and attentive; but she also made me feel like home. She was so patient over our dietary restrictions and went over and behind to make sure we felt taken care of. THANK YOU DIANE!

Wonderful choice for breakfast or brunch. I had the blueberry buttermilk pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon. It was yummy and satisfying to say the least. The blueberries were fresh, and the pancakes were light and fluffy. Would have liked the bacon to be a bit more crispy, but it was still very tasty. Service was friendly and accommodating. Will certainly be back.

Oh my gosh! What a tremendous experience. Me and my pals grabbed a meal at our classic neighborhood spot. And let me tell you… the food was great and the service was even better. Our waiter, gabe, was a treat. With a smile that could light up a lighthouse and a passion for food that would make Gordon Ramsey cry himself to sleep. Thank you silver diner

Our first time here, and Kenia provided such a wonderful experience. We truly believe her service took the food and experience over the top. Today we had the Burata avocado toast, the power breakfast and huevos rancheros , With a side of home fries. Everything was delicous, and flavors were very well balanced throughout the meal. Maybe we were extremely hungry but we came close to licking the plates clean today. Will definitely return and highly recommend as a great breakfast place.

Staff are super nice even though they are working their butt off. Would 100% recommend the servers. However, the food is very meh at best and garbage at worst. Me and my partner went there for brunch on Saturday. We started with the crispy potatoes. No salt. Absolutely tasteless. It is WAY MORE difficult to make potatoes taste like nothing than to add just a bit of salt and pepper. Our main was pancakes and omelette with potatoes. Omelette also lacked taste. Not worth $60+ for two people for a very simple breakfast that should’ve tasted very good. If you can’t get basics right, you have a bigger problem in the management not giving any care. Will NOT recommend.
