This place has to have the best chicken cheese steak sandwiches in town. The sandwiches are very filling. Once you try this place you'll be coming back regularly

Ordered two cold subs, both great! Flavorful combinations that aren't usually found elsewhere (brie and hot cherry peppers with dressed arugula, 10/10). The bread is both crunchy and fluffy - definitely the best out of any sandwich focused chain in the area. Generous portions for the price too, as a large sandwich is easily two meals.

Pretty decent reincarnation of the Taylor Gourmet of old. Sandwich menu is pretty much the same as under its previous ownership, and they're still pretty tasty and made quickly once you arrive. Online ordering helps speed things up too if that's your jam. I'm hoping they plan to continue expanding elsewhere in the city if this location remains successful!

I just went to Taylor Gourmet DC and the cheesesteak is sooo delicious and the risotto balls are out of this world. The customer service is GREAT -- London, the cashier, was extremely nice. I love the atmosphere. Don't ever close your doors again!!!

Taylor's is back! The last time I had Taylor Gourmet was when I was traveling through DCA.
I ordered the Cherry Street sub for pickup at their Pennsylvania Avenue location. Both the location and the food is the same as I remember. The food was fresh and tasted great, and the menu remains mostly the same as it did before.
I'd really like to see the Taylor Gourmet app come back. As someone who orders almost exclusively for pickup having a stamp card is really inconvenient.
Looking forward to returning again soon.

Great atmosphere! The cheese steak hoagie with provolone and mushrooms is delicious. It's filled with meat and flavor. The ladies working 8/31/18 were friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional service. One even assisted me with updating my info so that I could utilize Level Up app. Thank you for making my visit a wonderful experience.

Great place for a sandwich or salad. I had the Cheesesteak Number 2 with beef. Love the Puck’s black cherry soda with a splash of vanilla cream. Easy to miss but hard to forget. Good wait staff.

This has grown to be one of my favorite places for lunch. Prices are comparable to what you'd spend at most quick service restaurants around the DC Metro ($12-15 for a full meal). Their sandwiches are delicious, the boutiquey sodas at the fountain are amazing and they are pretty darn fast at getting customers in and out, whether you order ahead or walk in. Try one of the philly's (they have a #1 and a #2) and the heath cookies.
