I love how awkwardly quiet it is…. Forces you and your group to create your own vibe for the meal…. the decor and photos of the food on the wall all add to the experience… the food court esque tables and bare bones place settings and cups… Love the owner/hostess/waitress. She’s the best!!!! … how cheap it is… and simple. If I could describe briefly: simple yet elevated, timeless. A must go place for anyone in Georgetown!!!

I have been here multiple times. We eat at sushi/Japanese restaurants 1-2x/week and this place is a favorite. We made a point of coming back here during our return visit to DC (we used to live here). My all time favorite thing they have is their salad dressing on the green salad. It is so amazing. The fish is fresh, the sushi and sashimi are high quality and well-made. The service is excellent and friendly. We also highly recommend the curry—check the wall for specials! You should definitely come here.

Quiet Japanese Ramen stop in the heart of Georgetown. Food is delicious and the price point is more than reasonable. Seating is somewhat limited but service is fast so tables move quickly.

The prices are very reasonable and the food was good. Service was great too, as I think our server was one of the owners. I recommend the agedashi tofu and the ramen!

Really quaint Japanese restaurant in the heart of Georgetown right by all the shops. Very easy to miss but glad I stopped in one day while exploring georgetown. It seems very much like a mom and pop shop with authentic Japanese cuisine. I enjoyed miso soup, salad, Sapporo, and a sushi platter. Everything was very delicious
