Very nice! We stumbled upon Potbellys while walking to another restaurant. Decided to stop in. I'm glad we did. Only 2 employees at the time, but they were very nice and hardworking. Food was great. Wish they franchised in Pa!

I have to say I purposely avoided Potbelly in the past because I assumed they wouldn’t have vegetarian options but I was mistaken. I went in today for the first time and got a veggie melt for lunch and it was fantastic. The ingredients are very fresh and just delicious. The staff was also very polite and efficient despite the long lines. I’ll certainly be back

In my first time ever in Potbelly Sandwich I thought It was a small business. They have niche sandwich and soups I really enjoy the Wreck Sandwich in the pick your pair promotion. The quality and the taste of food is good however the logistics are confusing. It would be better if they first ask for the product and take the money, the day I went there they just confuse at least 3 orders.

Great location across the street from the Renwick and close to the Metro. Tasty sandwich and good coffee. I've walked by so many times and I'm glad I finally checked it out.

Location was small,
More like a grab and go place.
I would put it on par with larger chains like Quiznos.
Was pricey but on par with DC
