This was a pleasant surprise! Came here twice while in DC. Great place to hang out! They are a UCF Alumni football place! We happened upon this place because it was near our AB&B, but what a gem! Watched Gator and UCF football! Sarah, the bartender was unbelievably amazing!

Typically 21+ but we were there during lunch and they let the kids in but beware. Probably don’t want to bring the kids for dinner.
Wings were delicious and my husband devoured the burger. Kid both had the bugle chicken totchos which are tots covered in goodness. The cheese curds were just as good as in Wisconsin!

We just happened upon Union Pub after meeting with Congressional reps. It was a good find. Good lunch food and reasonably priced. I had the chorizo quesadilla and my friends had burger and fries and the slider. Yum!!!!

This is one of those perfect pubs that hits on all of the key notes. Location, decor, drinks, food, and people that are genuine and friendly, and good at their jobs. Inside and outside seating with a view and plenty of pints. Great experience!

On a Saturday afternoon in early June, after visiting The Capitol, my son & I were looking for a place to watch some essential European soccer. We came across this place and found that they had many TV screens showing all types of US focused sport. We went to the bar and asked the staff whether they could possibly find one of the ESPN stations that were showing our game live. They agreed and found what we were looking for. We then spent the next couple of hours making two drinks last as long as possible - a pint of Down East blackberry cider & then a pint of beet - DC Brau. In between we must have drunk a couple of gallons of iced water. Neither of us were hungry and the staff were patient with us and didn't push us to eat. Admittedly the place wasn't doing a roaring trade so I guess it was easier for them to tolerate us. Anyway, we were very grateful for the chance to watch our complete game live. Super.
