Potbelly Sandwich Shop

The staff here is incredible. So I have ordered through the Potbelly app and there have been SO many issues with delivery. I know it’s not their fault at all and it’s DoorDash or the system. But when I call and let them know I didn’t get my order or it got canceled, they take the time to correct it and even will come to deliver it themselves to make sure I get my order. That is TRUE Customer Satisfaction. I appreciate it SO SO much. When I do come on site as well to the store, they are so kind and friendly. While I have complaints of their app and 3rd Party Delivery Partners, the staff here NEVER disappoints.

Truly enjoyed my sandwich here. This place is busy enough but their staff moves it along so you don't spend too much time in line. Sandwich was delicious! I ordered the Bigs size, and with that I probably didn't need to get chips as well. Very thankful I went here and not downstairs to the food court. I had been walking around DC and knew I needed to stop in with the great smells outside each of their locations.

Great place! The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and had a great selection of food. Their sandwiches are delicious!! The decor is an added benefit, though there's not much time to appreciate it since the short line moves really fast. Finally, the prices were great; a 9-inch pizza sandwiche sub and malt milkshake together cost 12.50 including tax! A perfect score!

My sons and my mother ate at this location however, my normally picky son went back for seconds! Ali was the team member who helped us the most and he made the experience an incredible one with his attention to detail and outstanding guest service. Highly recommended! Also, my older son credits this as the favorite strawberry shake that he has EVER had. Overall, an excellent experience in a beautiful setting.
