We liked it. Good coffee. Half off for Capital One customers. But everyone is welcome and you get greeted at the door. Not bad.

I'm a new convert to these capital one cafes. Super inviting atmosphere to hang out while you sip your drink. I really like the hot apple cider. It's sweet (but not too sweet) & has that spicy kind of warmth to it. The employees are also very nice.

We had a great day at the Capital One Cafe! The coffee was great. Half off for Capital One card holders. I had a Cortata and it was fabulous. Bathrooms are available but need to be unlocked. Great seating options. ATMs available and you can even get a cashier's check.

We came here during our day trip to Washington DC to rest/recharge a little. The Capital One folks were super welcoming, and as it was our first time to this location, they even spotted us our drinks and got us some free merch! We felt very welcomed, and also it was a much needed rest after a day of sightseeing. Thank you again!

I made it today to Capital One just to say goodbye Ms Phoebe, to someone who has touched so many lives ever since she was a Security Supervisor in Chinatown. When I learned that she was leaving I was torn because this community has benefited from her love and compassion for those who need financial support. Even today I needed my Drivers License and with her referral to a Day Center nearby I am now able to get the resources I need. Thank you for changing lives. You will never have another Ms Phoebe at this location.

Ty was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in he was friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the coffee shop which sounds silly but was actually really helpful in putting us at ease. There was no pressure to open an account or anything either which I appreciated. The atmosphere was chill and the space was clean and modern. If you are a Capital One member you also enjoy 50% off your purchase. Definitely recommend visiting and definitely would rate Ty 10/5 stars

Phoebe is very good. She is very attentive to all customers so nice and generous. I love coming to this cafe. She helped me get pre approved for a car with the auto navigator on her iPad, after I used the ATM.

These Capital One cafes are some really great gems for Capital One members. I got 2 mochas for about $6 along with some freebies for the kids and great atmosphere/seating. Perfect if you need a quick seat or a place to study. Also, Phoebe was super kind and helpful.
