District Chicken And Gyro

The chicken & gyro rice bowl with red&white sauces is so so amazingly good. I’m addicted. (First time I ate it I had some gas and urgent bathroom visit but I think it was just the new food my body wasn’t accustomed too?) I’ve eaten there several times since with no issue- it’s really so tasty I love it.

DCG is an amazing hole in the wall spot in Georgetown. They have a simple menu so it isn't hard to pick out what you want. The service is unbelievably quick. We got our food in less than a minute. It was delicious with the sauces perfectly balanced. The white creamy sauce complimented and pacified the spicey sauce well which makes for a great combo. Definitely a spot to check out!

Great spot for a quick tasty bite in Georgetown, definitely more food than I anticipated photo attached for viewing pleasure! This is a chicken platter with rice and side salad - the chicken was well seasoned and slightly spicy. It’s a mix between Halal & Mediterranean! I will be back for sure and I definitely recommend giving it a go!

Found my go-to halal spot in DC! Great food and quality, I typically order the mixed meats over a bed of rice and salad and there was no exception today. The white sauce with red (spicy) is a fantastic combination that enhances the flavors of the food. On a side note the double meat for two extra dollars is worth it.

Saw this place on Instagram and it looked pretty good so decided to stop by. Best decision I made in a while! The chicken and gyro meat was amazing, not too greasy and very well marinated. Their sauces tho they are crack, could not stop eating! That bowl/platter was on another level. I’m still trying to figure out what they put in it. Made with a lot of love, DCG is on to something! If you like halal guys come check this spot out, 10x better! Highly recommended!

The service is quick and pleasant and the food is delicious! I came here on a Saturday evening and they were already out of chips and fries but the main attraction: the chicken and gyro over rice and salad with white and red sauce was still there. It was delicious, spicy but not overwhelmingly so, and well-priced.
