Solid service for such a busy area. It's not easy to operate smoothly just off campus. Also, one of the only McDonalds uptown with a drive thru

Howard is a great community. The staff are kind and polite. The locals and the students are wonderful. Looking out for each other as a community should. This is a great place! The black community will make U feel at home.

The drive-through SUCKS because of the structure, but with that out the way...the people are LOVELY 😍 so friendly. The food is McDonald's, and I refuse to give it more than an ok! Refuse! I'm lactose intolerant, and before I was vegan, this was the only ice cream I could eat without getting sick... coincidence...I think NOT. However, the service is fast and friendly. You should go!

This is the Mickey D's near Howard University Campus, a National HBCU. They are always busy. They keep it clean. They are respectful and fast.

The bathroom was very dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned for a good amount of time. Dry pee on the toilet and floor.

Excellent spot and service is great and available 24/7. The problem is that there’s always bunch of people hanging out inside the franchise without buying anything and they keep harassing customers who exactly want to buy something.
It also take a little longer for food to come but it’s excellent spot overall. I just don’t like the atmosphere there because of many non-customers inside of the restaurant.

The food is good when available. As are the drinks when the machines aren't broken. There is some loitering inside and outside of the restaurant.

I have been here multiple times for an iced coffee and sometime a chicken sandwich and fries. The food is typically good and hot, but sometimes it takes like 7 to 8 minutes just to get a simple order. Will continue to stop in occasionally, but would love to see them speed up the small orders to keep people moving and on their way.
Will update my review if things change for the better!
