Cosi

They have So many great options and the food tastes wonderful. Their flatbread is AMAZING. Prices are good for what you get and they have a terrific rewards program. The place is nice and clean, great environment to sit down and eat if you have time. Customer service is good as well. One of my favorite places to eat!

I went to Cosi on a Wednesday afternoon, it wasn't crowded. I had the bbq chicken flat bread! Needless to say how good it was! I chose this option as it had the most calories ≈850 calories. Their lemonade is fresh and really satisfies the throat. Parking around their wasnt difficult but I'd recommend metro transit. The service is bilingual. So its cool btw the bathroom has a code , you might want to ask before you go there. Enjoy your visit

Overall the food was good, and MOST of the staff was really nice and welcoming. This was my first time to this establishment EVER. I didn't know where to go, and there wasn't a sign for what I wanted to order. So I walked up to the cash register, to ask someone for help. I walked up and the young lady at the cash register barks at me -- what are you ordering?! I smiled and said "I would like to order the brazilian..." Before I could even finish what I was saying, she interrupts me and says "Oh, you didn't order yet?!" With a look of disgust on her face, then proceeds to shoo me off and roll her eyes and says "You order over there!" Thereafter the woman who took my order was super super sweet, and fortunately, there was another woman who rang my order up. Other than that, the food was great, and it was a quick experience! There was just one bad apple in the bunch. I'm BIG on customer service and that really turned me off.

My family visited for the fourth of July on 7/4/15 from Georgia. It started pouring outside and we decided to sit outside of Cosi's for a minute to wait for it to stop. The workers were very nice, and never told us to move. Although we did not taste the food, it looked very yummy and we will definitely try it next time.

I've passed many Cosi restaurants in my life and always wondered how they were. I finally stopped in to the 11th St. location for lunch and I really enjoyed the experience. I was a bit confused by the menu at first but I ordered something I considered safe (a club sandwich) and it really exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful and my sandwich tasted great. While I was waiting for my sandwich I couldn't help but notice how good the salads (being made for other customers) looked. I'll definitely be trying a salad the next time I return. My only complaint was a lack of wifi (either they had none or it was easily overloaded during lunch hours). Aside from the lack of wifi I really enjoyed my lunch and I'm really looking forward to coming back to this Cosi location any time I'm working in the area.

Cosi is amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. Fresh and fast food in a cozy environment. As expected traditional lunchtimes (12-2PM) bring about massive lines however the staff remains calm, fast and efficient. I've always found seat space but be prepared to give up some elbow room. Also, I highly recommend their signature salad.
