I just wanted to say OMG especially for those who love an extremely delicious beef burger with tomato 🍅 lettuce 🥬 and extra. They have the best double burger with tomato 🍅 lettuce 🥬 pickles 🥒.

The GM was very accommodating to our mistake. He gave us outstanding customer service and it was a really welcoming environment. Food was delicious.

THE best place to eat at the zoo hands down! Easily better than five guys or McDonald’s. Burger was not greasy at all and tasted like a backyard bbq. Would definitely visit again.

Really great burger and fries! It wasn’t greasy at all and the portions were big. I plan to come back here the next time I’m at the zoo. Also very clean!

The food was exceptionally tasty, fantastic, The ambiance was upbeat! Games and swings are outside w/ outside dining! Bar is strategically place to serve inside and out! The staff was very niceand the had gifts and free icecream for the children! Loved it

Had the bbq beef burger. Not sure where the bbq flavor was. And the bacon looked and tasted like turkey bacon. For one adult meal plus a kids meal came to $38. But we had lots of fries. Enough to share. We were so hungry and there was no where else to go. The staff appeared the best they could with the hungry crowd. The cashiers were also friendly.

This is in the National Zoo in DC, the food was good. The portions were big, you'll pay the price for the quality of the food. This location was very crowded and busy being in the zoo.

Fast to make food, it was decent for middle of a zoo with free admission. Hours on Thanksgiving is 10-1:45pm

Food wasn't bad, about same quality as the fast food chains. Service was good, and lines were short at 11:45am, by 12:30pm the lines were getting long and I imagine service would of slowed down some? Cashiers were pleasant and our large order for 4 adults was filled correctly. Meals do not include drinks, and averaged around $11 ea. for burgers, grilled chicken, or BBQ., with drinks and tax, for 4 lunches, total was $77, so allow about $20 per person for a hot sandwich with fries and a drink.
