Pho Viet

We ordered Beef Pho from them through Uber Eats and it was so good we had to visit the restaurant in-person to try out their food. We tried their Beef Pho again the Spicy Noodle. Highly recommend their special beef pho (10/10!!). The broth was rich in flavor and they gave us lots of meat (both dine-in and through Uber eat). My family had tried Pho in many Viet restaurants and we all agree this place had the best Pho!

You ever go to write a review and have to start off with a sigh? Where you end up asking yourself, why must I relieve the trauma of a bad meal? I know. I know. If the delicate taste of wet wide rule paper is the greatest injustice I face today, what really do I have to complain about, right? So instead I'll explain the context of what made me order $30 of bland empty calories. After a long days work I ordered this meal to go. As I was feeling dangerous I didn't check the contents of the bag. Opting instead to just give it a good shake, allowing my ears to determine the culinary contents inside. Oddly, the confirmation that I had a drink in the bag turned out to be the highlight of the meal. As I would later find out once home that the drink wasn't the thai ice tea I ordered. Rather it was a watered down thai iced coffee. I do not drink nor like coffee, muchless cold coffee. However, this particular drink was the reprieve to the meal as they have concocted a way to make milk extra wet, with just a hint of water, such that this iced coffee that was palatable to my non coffee drinking tongue. If you drink actual coffee, much less good coffee, I do not recommend. But of you prefer your coffee to be extra wet milk with the viscosity of water but look of pond run off, their iced coffee is definitely for you. Now the meal...💩🙊🙈🙉. This version of vermicelli is bested expressed in emojis. So, whatever emoji represents 😟 🙁 😥 😞 best in your mind, that's how this meal made me feel. And as a fat kid I feel bad enough eating to excess as it is. And don't need my empty calories to compound the guilt. So, won't be eating here again. But do encourage you to try it out, if only to refresh your palate for when you have delicious vermicelli. That way you can savoir it all the more.

The restaurant's owner didn't pay for my friend working at there. I visited the restaurant oftenly before, but since I heard the terrible truth, I decided to not go the restaurant from now on. If you don't want the reality of that employee who doesn't get paid well enough to become your family or friends, when you visit this restaurant, you have to ask the owner or manager to pay the staff correctly.
