The worst 7-Eleven I ever seen. The guy on the cashier is busy joking and exchanging touching and twists with ladies, leaving people waiting in que, the restroom has not been maintained since weeks, no tissu. When ny turn came in the que told me they dont have lottery and the system is down, but he gave the lady before me and the lady after me. I bought something then on paying the cashier guy asked for money before he put the item on table, he was holding it away in his hand as if I'm going to ran away with it, though it was for two dollars and it was my first time there. Super shocking branch I went there on 23rd of July, 2018, around 8:oclock in the eveng.

Not a good experience at all the individual that give me a hard time, Her first and last name started with (A) you should be able to tract & verifiy, by store #35278 and the registry # 06/29/2021 11:07am she was profiling me it was ridiculous please look in to this matter its not good for your business: She needs sales and hospitality training thank you in advance.

Those people are dishonest salespeople. First of all (as insensitive as this may sound) most of them barely understand English or fully understand how their own pricing works (they don't train all their employees well). They have signs indicating that they have items on sale (BBQ boneless chicken wings), but when you go to pay, they charge you more than the sign reads, then if you ask, they explain that those wings are not boneless, that the sign is meant for advertisement for when they get the boneless chicken wings.

I thought the 7-11 a bit further up Georgia ave was bad...this is one of the worst 7-11s I've ever been too. Extremely unclean, food past its sell by date on shelves, rude employees, etc...avoid this 7-11 and go up a few blocks to the next one in silver spring. it may not be the best but at least it's clean and the staff aren't wearing headphones while ringing you up...

There is a very disrespectful employee called esayas, tall late 30's with recedeing hairline. Not professional at all I've been coming here for the past 6 years and never coming back since he started working. Very rude and unprofessional and I've heard others saying they have had the same experience there since he started working. WATCH OUT AND DONT LET HIM DISRESPECT YOU AT ANY COST!
