Chick-fil-a

The staff is always so friendly! My friend and I have made early appointments at a salon and decided to swing by for breakfast. We went inside to order, and the young man at the register was so polite. It was fast to order, and fast to be delivered. There was a different guy who brought us our food but he was equally as pleasant. Even if the food took 10 minutes to come out, I would come back simply for the way staff treats customers. Never once have I ever been made to feel like I was asking too much or taking too long, nor have I been made to feel like an inconvenience. I will continue to visit this store because it is top notch, every time.

Went for lunch around 12:30. Store was busy as usual. First of all, I went through the que they have set up even though there was no one else in line. When I got to the counter I was handed a plastic table marker and told that my order would be taken at the table. Really, I was already at the counter and he could have taken my order. There were many empty tables but not any clean ones. The floor was a mess, as well. When the person came to take my order I asked why they went to this system. I was told it would make my visit more relaxing because I wouldn't have to wait in a line and could go right to my table. Whatever! Food comments: chicken on my sandwich was super greasy, fries were super soggy. Not at all a good experience!
