What has happened to Red Lobster??? The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are only as big as a golf ball and you get only 3. They used be the size of your fist. The service was horrible, we had to request butter, knives, and plates. The knives were nasty and not clean. See pictures. That is not hard water spots on the knife. We dropped nearly $50(after a 10% military discount) for just 2 people to eat lunch. We didn't order the lobster. That is rediculous for the portions you actually get. The food was hot and tasted just OK, but not worth the money we paid. It's sad to see such a great restaurant chain go so far down hill. My advice, go to Texas Roudhouse for your steak and shrimp. Better value and better quality.

Wife and came in on a Saturday at 430. There were maybe 6 tables with patrons. We entered and stood at the podium for probably 2 full minutes before someone came to seat us. All the while, a server was standing less than 15 ft from us, folding napkins. The young man came up, grabbed 2 menus, walked to a small table right next to the podium and right behind the waitress that was folding napkins. Not one word was said to us. Nothing. He didn't say hello, welcome, how many in your party, please follow me, right this way.... Nothing. My wife and I thought that he may be mute so we let it go. Waitress came immediately and asked for our drink order. Wife ordered a Mt Dew and I ordered a beer. They came in just a few minutes and she asked if we were ready to order. We ordered, even thought we were surprised by how much the prices had gone up. One of my sides was a house salad. Ten minutes later, after watching 6 employees stand at the podium and talk and giggle (including the host who we assumed was mute) the waitress came back with a water I didn't ask for (which was fine) and told us the cheddar biscuits weren't ready and walked off. 5 minutes later, I was still without my salad and my wife and I were fed up with the lack of attention, service and giggling from 6 employees standing up front doing nothing. Wife said "If we're paying $50 for a meal for just us two, I'd expect the service to be much better to keep the customers happy and served. None of that is happening." 5 more minutes later (still with no salad or biscuits - total of 20+ minutes since we sat) we were fed up and left $10 on the table to cover the beer and soda and told the gang up front that we were leaving due to lack of service and length of time nothing was served to us or even an apology for the wait. We're not going back. I get better service at just about anywhere else, and the prices are better.

This place is getting way too pricey for what you get. Now you have to pay for a salad and the lobster Mac n cheese may not have had lobster in it at all... Probably done going there. The service was great and very accommodating for their food short comings but we left hungry after spending over $75. One more problem was under cooked baked potatoes. Get it together RL before it's too late!

I called in a week ahead to tell them that we were going to have a big party. They were great over the phone and said they would have tables ready for us when we got there. I called in a few days before the day of the "reservation" since our schedule changed a bit to update them on what time we would be getting there instead of the original time. The over the phone service was, again, really helpful and said that they would make a note of the time change and would have the space ready for us. We got to the restaurant at the time we agreed on over the phone and they told us that the tables that they were going to use for our party were being used, and we would have to wait an hour or until the guests using the tables left. We were very disappointed and hungry after my college graduation. They also did not disclose over the phone that there was going to be a 20% upcharge for our larger party, but instead told us that after we were denied the space we called ahead about. The general manager from Sioux City was very unhelpful and aggressive when we were voicing our issue with him. He kept telling us that he doesn't usually work at that location, but didn't get anyone that could be more helpful for us to talk to. He also brought up our race when none of our concerns were about that. We ended up having to split our party up between 4 different tables. We were very disappointed and had to walk around the restaurant just to talk to each other. Our server was great though. He handled the big party amazingly, so shout out to him.

Quality of the food is hit or miss... and it's been more on the miss side since the nation closed down in 2020. If I'm paying $20-30 a plate, I expect high quality food. The staff, on the other hand, continues to be great & I have never had a complaint about the service I receive here.

We visited this Red Lobster location and couldn't be more disappointed, after we ordered our entree we waited an hour to be served and when our food finally arrived it was served cold. Also our silverware and beverage glasses were dirty. This restaurant used to be an enjoyable experience but has been a major disappointment lately.
