Domino's Pizza

I have been a regular customer at this Domino's eversince I moved to Waterloo last year and I have ALWAYS had Excellent service!! I always try to tip good, even though I'm right around the corner, but I give $5 and sometimes more because of the great service, patience, and hospitality I've received! Tonight was the first time, EVER, I had a mistake in my order, but the accommodation and customer service I received from the young man on the phone, and the very sweet delivery drivers that have ALWAYS delivered my food,, will keep me a long time customer with these people for as long as they're there!!!

I have many options for pizza delivery in my town, both and home and while at work. Over the past year I have gone with Domino's almost exclusively. Let me tell why! The online ordering and the phone app are fantastic! They work well every time, flawlessly. The Domino's Pizza Tracker online and the phone text notification are nice touches in keeping me aware of when the pizza(s) arrive so I don't feel like I need to watch the door or listen for a knock. The pizza(s) arrive quickly and when promised, are piping hot, and are correctly prepared. Of course the food is delicious. Domino's has a wide variety of pizzas, desserts, bread sticks, among many other things. I love the food, the ordering, and the excellent delivery service.

I wish I could give more stars but sadly I can’t. Order from here a lot only because of price. Sometimes it’s right, sometimes not. Satisfaction guarantee is a JOKE! Don’t replace. No make believe free pizza on next order. 1 time ordered plain wings. Got my delivery, bit into it as 1st time eating that day ( it was around 8pm). It was buffalo wings. Have ulcers. Called immediately. Manager actually said,” well, that’s your dumb mistake for not inspecting 1st!” And drivers are hit and miss too. Always expect a tip when all orders are online and 15% tip left when I order. Several times pizza obviously fell off seat as all toppings were off and smashed to one side. And my pasta bowls rarely have enough Alfredo sauce. So many times have been top dried out to eat. Have tried to call corporate office. Leave messages. NEVER HAVE I GOTTEN A CALL BACK! At least 10 calls to them in past 2 years. Wish for them to care about their products and their jobs. Wish they would have some pride!!! ; (
