If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Absolutely disgusting. Where they prepare the food is disgusting, the area around it is terrible. Trash everywhere. I had to take photos of the tampon in the juice right at the counter, where they hand people their food. This franchise must do better.

The day staff is always on point. However, I went here for dinner today and it was rough. You could hear a pin drop in that place (with a packed lobby waiting for food) — no communication between employees, no direction. 3 young kids standing up front trying to do something but still lost and mostly standing around. After waiting over 20 minutes, my fries were cold and gross from sitting in the bag waiting for the burgers to finish. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or just an overall lack of direction from management, but it was bad tonight

I am a regular here and they have some excellent new people that are fantastic at customer service. I've always gotten pretty good service here but now it is the best ever. The store is very clean. Great food served quickly and with a smile!!!

Great Team Work I've seen for along time! They were ready to take People's order off the Bat! Not like other McDonald's, just have to stand there wait few minutes,even the Managers know your there they just give ya a look and look away, expect us to use the Tech. Stuff. Should be someone there all time like the 1in Hampton Iowa! Great Job People!

food was great. The manager running the show was a great leader for her team. Three buses showed up at almost the same time and they did a great job getting everyone through in a timely manner.

Wasn't to long of a line. Front register person was fairly quick an got the line gone in no time. My order was correct. Lobby was neat an clean. Workers were friendly

Employees were in training, and location was obviously short-staffed. Long drive through wait, with only two cars ahead of me.

I had a very bad experience, and I hate writing these reviews, but maybe someone will change something. I ordered a delux chicken sandwich. I recieved a spicy chicken. I drove back to get things fixed. 4 times. 4 times they kept giving me a spicy chicken, before I had to tell the employee how to build the sandwich. I also had to get the rest of my order remade cause it went cold. I did not get a new shake, so that had melted to a gross warm state in my car by the time this ordeal finished. When they finally made it right (5th time), it was thrown in a mess into the box. The manager was 6 feet away the entire time, and not once did she assist or appologize, or acknowledge what was happening with my order. I was polite, and waited a good 30 mins thru this ordeal. I should have been a Karen and just gotten a refund. I'm not even hungry anymore. They didn't give me my receipt back.... I get that the staff was having a bad day... but wow... just.... wow.
