Little Caesars

Hit or miss on whether they'll have hot and ready actually ready. Just ordered at 5:45 in store with one person ahead of me, and waited 20 minutes before asking when they'd have a pepperoni ready. Was told they had no idea so I asked for a refund and left. Cheap pizza, but not reliable service. By the time I left about 8 people in line and still hadn't given out a pizza for a customer.

Pizza took over 40 minutes to get after I as told it would only be 15 minutes. There were at least 20 people crammed into this tiny location waiting for their pizzas. There was only one person working the register. While all the other employees stood around doing nothing. The pizza was ok but everything else was not.

I ordered a deep dish pizza. It was doughy in the middle. I called and was told that he would put my name in the book for a free pizza. So far, so good. Fast forward a few days. I called and ordered my free pizza. The man who answered had never heard of such a book. After talking to someone, he took my order. He told me it would be 15 minutes. When I arrived, the young man behind the counter had no idea how to ring up my order. Then told me it would be 6-8 minutes. When I told him I was told 15 minutes 12 minutes ago, he shrugged and said, "I don't know". I got my food 15 minutes later.

I am extremely disappointed with how they treat call in orders. I called in to order a pizza about after I left from the other side of Cedar Falls and they said they would have it ready when I arrived. So I drive all the way out to this location because I really enjoy the pizza you guys serve. I arrive at the location and they had never started my making my order or even had my name in the system after I placed the call in order. If call in orders are no longer possible at this location, I will take my business to elsewhere. Because any other place I have ordered pizza from over the phone for pick up has never made me wait in the lobby while they make my pizza.
