If I could give zero stars I would! I attempted to go through the drive through and this was the conversation: Me: Can I get the 12 piece family meal extra crispy all dark please? Them: No you can’t. You can have it in original recipe. Me: No that’s not what I want. Them: (Snotty) OK. Me: I don’t want anything then. Them: (Snotty) OK. This restaurant evidently doesn’t care about the customers at all!! It was 2:30 in the afternoon. Did you run out of chicken? Your customer service is horrible!!!

Very poor experience. It has been a universal truth that every order I've had from KFC, at least one item was missing. At the very least, everything was there. But that's where the good ends. That's it. Service was terrible. Drive thru attendant was slow and rude. The cashier ignored me. All that for stale fries and chicken. They were out of 3 of their staple items. Just goes to show how bad their inventory management is on top of their food prep and customer service management. If you doubt your choice in going to KFC even a little bit, listen to it. It's not worth it in the slightest.

I ordered 10 piece feast plus and extra coleslaw. It was to come with 2 mash potatoes, 1 coleslaw, gravy, pop, cookies and biscuits. I was told everything was in the bag. I paid extra and the coleslaw was in a foam cup not even close to being filled and was hardly anything in there this was what I received was mad when I got home I will never go back to this place it was awful.
