Coffee Hit

Absolutely horrible service from who I can only assume is the owner (blonde lady, glasses). Not much of a coffee drinker myself but ordered a soy iced coffee. They asked if I wanted cream or ice-cream, I said no. They made it with ice-cream. No big deal, just remake it. Well instead she was incredibly rude, saying that I only said no to cream. I very clearly said no to both when she asked. But instead of taking accountability and just 'oops i'll remake that' she continued to be incredibly rude about my order. My response was simply- you asked if I wanted cream or iced-cream i said no. Just completely rude for no reason. Disappointed. Really only takes one negative experience to ruin the whole thing.

Sorry for giving 1 star. There isn’t any option to give no star. I was in the Meeting over the phone and order just a coffee. The manager lady came to the kiosk and wrote “NO SERVICE TO PEOPLE ON THE PHONE”. I personally felt like racial abuse. Mood spoilers I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

Went on Saturday for a couple of coffees and the woman serving ( which i assume is the manager or store owner) needs to do a course on customer service skills! Made a big issue about sighting our covid certificates which I understand as it's what is required but just her manner about it was really rude. I am surprised you are still in business with your manner and attitude. I sure won't be back!

Always have my morning coffee ever since half a year ago. Always friendly counter staff and great taste coffee. But this morning was rudely treated by a lady whom I believe was the store owner, purely because I left my phone at home could not scan QR code to check in. I apologised when I ordered the coffee said “sorry I left my phone at home today I could not scan the code”. Before I asked if they have manual check in she straightaway cut off me and said “you supposed to bring your phone and check in”. Her face was so angry like I owed her a million dollar. I apologised again for leaving my phone at home. She kept on repeating herself “you supposed to bring your phone for check in”. I felt so bad and did not say anything. I had two kids including a baby with me I was in a rush to get some grocery I really just forgot to bring my phone but stores should have alternative check in options. They don’t have it and simply put everything on me. I check previous google reviews and found some negative comment for the store manager I would think we are talking abt the same lady. I wish her all the best.
