We came in on a seemingly slow Sunday evening, restaurant maybe at 30% capacity. Got our bread, drinks, and orders taken quickly, Thoroughly loved the Ultimate Feast, Lobsters dream and seaside shrimp trio, Great in terms of both quality and quantity. The food tastes delicious, employees are nice and friendly, and the ambience is cozy. Would definitely come back!

Waiter was nice. Food took forever. Red lobster has changed. It used to be so good. The biscuits were under buttered, so I asked for butter on the side. The side of butter tasted and smelt like it came from a dirty metal pot. I didn’t use the rest. I got the fish and chips as an entree and I got one piece of fish. I didn’t even eat it because it was very dry and over cooked. At that point I wanted to leave so I asked for a dessert to go. I now arrived home to open this dessert. This is a joke. Very bad experience.

The food is generally very good. The service has been an issue at times. The menu offered a greater selection before covid, however, particularly on the luncheon menu. The premises is average, but certainly not dirty. I'll return when Red Lobster starts providing those meals that my wife and I were accustomed to enjoying in the past (broiled/baked cod, flounder, sole...not fried)

My boyfriend and I came here after church with the kids. My kids are rowdy and one of them ate the crayons while coloring on the kids menu. The food was ok. I liked pizza, even the kids ate a little slice. I think it had shrimp and lobster in it. I had the Baja shrimp. It was kinda like eating a taco. My boyfriend had the lobster linguine. I had some of his food and I didn’t like at all. My kids had the macaroni and cheese and the popcorn shrimp. It was alright.

We had lunch here today! It was wonderful! We loved the cheddar bay biscuits and our grilled shrimp skewers! We had the lemon cake for dessert! Yummy! Our waiter, Kevin was OUTSTANDING! He treated us like a million bucks! 😊
We’ll go back soon! We hope Miss Kay comes back as the hostess with the mostest! 🤩

Had a wonderful experience at this location. First, I got to pick my lobster from the tank. What an experience. Lobster just clawing at me. Kinda like morbius (Lol get it?). Had amazing service from Petyr and a great bar experience from Amanda. Made it comfortable to gamble on my phone and watch my favorite movie morbius during my meal. Good spot and even better Knish.
Oh they don't take APES Pictures as payment. Otherwise know as "Bored Ape Yacht Club" NFTS. Do not try to pay with Apes picture here !

I love going here, growing up it was always a restaurant my family and I would go to for birthdays and school graduations. I have alot of fond memories here. There's always good hot food especially the biscuits which are very delicious and soft. Good customer service and environment. Red Lobster is definitely my favorite dine out restaurant.

Bad Bad Bad! Service! Worst I’ve even seen and also experienced. First of all, place is Dirty and run down! Waitress has no skills at all to work at a restaurant. Came to our table over 5 times to ask if we wanted anything else like desert and walked away without taking our dirty plates away. Who brings Desert and still not take dirty plates away! RED LOBSTER IN WAYNE DOES! 1st. Time at this location and it will be the last! Will not recommend to anyone at all!
