I generally do not give negative feedback. However this place deserve negative stars. Poor poor poor service. They prepared my order wrong and instead of chicken burgers, gave hamburgers. Ordered one regular nuggets and one spicy nuggets, they prepared both spicy nuggets. When called, whoever was on the phone was pathetic, rude and kept saying they couldn't find my order to cross check. I had to drive to the their place again. No sorry, no apology. They did change my burgers once I reach there, but overall poor experience. I would not recommend this place.

Worst fast food place ever! Nearly an hour passed after ordering to actually getting our food with only 2 single people in front of us. Not sure how a place with only the drive-thru open managed that one. Not like we got anything special either, just two #1’s and a kids meal. When the food finally arrived, surprisingly it was cold and also missing one of the fries, and everything tasted like it had been sitting around all day. Total waste of money. The owner(s) should be ashamed of themselves, no idea how corporate lets embarrassments like this operate under their name. Don’t waste your time or money.

Terrible service. just went.....no one online/no one in store. I received an alert on my app- buy med fry/get med frosty free. would not let me check out/ pulled up to order/let him know. told me to drive around.>>woman said no one else is having problem> must be your phone. asked is there anything you can do to help? "NO" .....so they are not interested to help me ......I am not interested to buy from them..... Mcdonalds right across the street......

Rudest staff I've ever encountered. They don't listen to your order one bit! 3 times I asked for BBQ sauce for our nuggets and I even asked for extra BBQ sauce and the server just didn't care. Because she gave me so much attitude I called the store to complain and they were just like yeahhhhh as if this girl is KNOWN to have an altitude. So they tell me to go back to the window, I wait on line in my car just to be fair and she snarkly tried to hand me only 2 packets for the amount of food we got and I'm like REALLY?! Can we have extra.
