Domino's Pizza

Pizza came thin, burnt and in square cuts, i couldnt complain in the app after buying the pizza because on the tracker, it said they were still checking quality even after the pizza was delivered. Pizza didnt taste anything good. I couldnt see where my pizza was at all since it said alex was still checking quality, it said that the pizza was on the way for a second with bob but after around 30 seconds, it again said alex was checking quality. I also didnt have any 1s or 5s on me at the moment, but even thought i made it pretty obvious that i didnt want to tip, he was still waiting for me to tip. So i just got some 1s from somewhere and gave it to him. Over all bad experience and i dont think i am going to order from dominos again

5 star for their delivery guy who forgot to bring my soda and who bought soda from outside of this location in order to make their customers happy.. thank you for fixing missing item problem in very short time( i did not even open pizza box the driver just bring my soda in couple minutes) Thank you and sorry for not mentioning about drivers name..

Don't order Domino's Pizza from this location. Service is horrible causing the food to be horrible. This is not the only time I had problems with them from rude delivery service to inedible food. I ordered a medium pie and chicken wings for delivery. It took over 1hr 30min to arrive. When it did the pizza looked like it was reheated from the previous day and it was ice cold. The chicken seemed under cooked. There was no salvaging this. I had to throw it all away. What a waste of my time and money and I was still hungry. This will be the last time I order from them. If I could I would give zero stars.

I am leaving this review not so much for the company as the pizza is ok but the establishment is organized and clean but I am giving 5 stars for the workers that are working on Christmas. Here I am ordering pizza and at home spending time with family on Christmas and these people are working. I appreciate Y'all. I didn't get everyone's name there that was working that shift. Kayla was very polite and handed me my order. That's the only name I got. I think it was 5 people working but I would like to get you guys a gift card to show my appreciation.

@dominos I had the most horrible experience with Dominos delivery. The delivery guy drove off without properly communicating and the store manager laughed at us when we tried to explain our situation and asked for fresh pizza. Store #3960 I will not order again from @dominos! @dominos Store manager said, "Call the corporate I will not give my name because I don't want to loose my job" We requested to get fresh Pizza and waiting 2 hours receive our order. @dominos The delivery didn't even wait when we told him that wait until we call the store manager, he drove off speeding in our community. The delivery guy also yelled at us saying "Microwave your pizza and eat". @dominos I have been ordering #Dominos for the longest time and never experienced this service before. After this horrible service the manager didn't agree of giving us the credit back, so will probably never order again!

This place is awful. There’s always an issue. Tonight we placed an order, it took them an hour to deliver and they forgot one of the pies. We called to let them know and they said they would make it and deliver it in about 20 mins. Few minutes later the manager calls me and tells me the delivery driver confirmed the order was delivered complete. I informed him which of the pies were missing and he said okay and would send another one. After an hour and no pizza we called the store again. The manager was rude and said there were 3 orders ahead of ours. Why would they wait all that time to make it? We questioned him on the reason and he hung up on me. Awful customer service and our food was delivered cold. Never ordering from here again!!!
