Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mikes is a new place for us. We've heard about them, but only recently have we ordered out or eaten in. The Wayne NJ location is okay. This is our second Jersey Mikes location we've purchased from. The staff were friendly and know their product. All staff were busy with either assisting customers or making sandwiches. The store was clean and I would have been okay eating in. The sandwich ordered was fresh and tasty. I should've ordered the large instead of the regular. It was that good.

I have only been to this location about 3 times and it has never been a bad experience, but the last time I went I wish I didn't have to take my food to go! The team working at the time had a synergy and a method that was smooth. They genuinely looked like they enjoyed working with each other and were very kind to the customers. I just had to ask them their names... so I hope this gets to you Devon, Wajid, Dominique, Brandon, next time I will be sure to have lunch there.

Please don’t order anything from their online menu. U will be shocked at their prices for their inferior sandwiches. Anyone that don’t post prices must have a reason ... walked in and was greeted with a “ yeah”? Stop supporting these franchises ur better off doing business with ur local merchants who are happy to see u and deliver a better product. Honestly I’ve had better food at my son’s little league snack bar ***stay away ***

I worked here for a month and immediately left. My general manager sent me nude videos of him with no consent at all & also totaled my car to get “mayo & coffee” for the store. they took no measures to hold him accountable for this & he still works there. do yourself a favor, and save your kids the trauma from working there. in humane to say the least.

I would never support a company that doesn’t treat their employees with respect and care. The fact that the manager totaled a employees car and only got written up supposedly it’s just terrible. As a manager of an establishment you should be trusted by your employees and should have enough respect to at least help with the repairs. The manager also decided to block the employee so he wouldn’t have to talk about the car as well. This is disturbing and tragic. The employee felt so uncomfortable making her quit her job and be car-less. This is a disappointment and tragic company.

So I walked into my neighborhood Jersey Mike’s on Hamburg Turnpike Wayne . To my amazement the place was empty but I was drawn to the three employees horse-playing in front of pending orders laughing about getting the orders wrong with no regard for professionalism and the few sandwiches they were preparing were just thrown together. Realizing this I proceeded to walk out and disregarded my orders . These employees should be sent for retraining . Needless to say I will never patronize this establishment again .
