This will be the last time I order from Kevin Lin's because I am tired of not getting what I PAID for. It's not worth the convenience of having Chinese food in Wayne anymore. Each time I order for TWO people, I order TWO large rices, and still only get one. I paid for two rices, why am I not getting two? This is not a mistake, as it has been happening every time. I refuse to believe they are not purposely skimping out on your order with something so cheap as rice despite you paying money for it. Other times I have even not received a 2L drink, how can you forget a big bottle like that? I just want to get what I paid for, and my order to be correct. I am not asking for freebies. This time, after tipping, I realized that I did not get my second rice AGAIN. I confronted the cashier and she says she "put them together" in what is a single large rice container. The lady said I can buy another one for 3 dollars. She refused to give me the second rice I paid for, and for this reason I will go get Chinese food somewhere with better customer service. The ratings here don't lie

The food is just ok; it can be hit or miss. I ordered a large fried rice the other day and it did not taste fresh. I had to throw it away the next day. My bigger issue is at their prices, I hate being nickled and dimed to pay a .50 cent surcharge if my order is not $10 and I am paying with a credit card.

Very bad experience. I order a chicken broccoli with fried rice and they delivered with pork rice. i do not eat pork. I called to the store and they were yelling and screaming on the phone and refused to give me the correct order. very disappointing. be careful if you order for delivery. double check your order before the driver leave

Every time I order for delivery, the same rude employee picks up the phone. He is very impatient and rude when speaking to you, I'm pretty sure his name is Ben. It is really unfortunate to have someone like that work here because the food is really really good. I'm sure speaking to a manager or somebody will not help because this establishment is most likely a family run and own business. I've had numerous encounters with this man and he seems to get worse every time.
