When I walked into the place I waited for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The women were all sitting at a table maybe 50 feet in front of me, and some even walked by without saying hello. It took the manager who stepped out if the kitchen to notice me. My food came out before the appetizers..which made no sense to me..but worse part was my beer cup was chipped on tip and cracked in the side. I asked for a new cup from my waitress..no apologies no nothing. Very poor service. Will not be returning.

The wings are incredible. The service, not so much. We waited around 15 minutes for our server to come and check up on us so we could close out. The food was done and napkins were on top of our plates, the usual sign that one is done eating. She never showed up so I went up to the bar to ask for our server and then waited another 10 minutes for her to come by and ask how we were doing. So again, the wings were incredible. The service, not so much.

My boyfriend and I love their food and they have very good specials. However their service is horrendous. We frequent this particular Hooters due to its proximity and specials. Some of the girls are friendly but most of them just huddle in one table chatting while tables are waiting to be served. There has been more than one occasion that we have been seated and no one came to take our order for more than 30 min! While there were individuals in bigger parties that came after us and were served first! I am giving 2 stars because like I said the food is great, but it definitely is not worth the horrible service. Will not go back until they fix their management issues.

This place is terrible ! First of all the beer came out warm so we complained , the manager then comes over with a bag of ice and tried placing it into our pitcher of beer(to act as an icepack) I’ve never in my life seen anything like this before. The wings were freezing cold and very tiny. Our waitress was very nice and kept apologizing, I felt very bad for them because it’s not their fault. If you like your beer warm and your wings cold then this is the place for you!

I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch with my girlfriend. We walked in and the girls just starred at us. So we spoke 1st and asked for a table. We were seated and the weren't any issues until I was onto my last wing which had hair in it. I tried to pull it out but it was stuck which means that it was cooked in. We didn't complain because we didn't wanna make a scene so we just stop eating and left. I gave two stars because the food was good until my appetite was ruined.

PROS: Believe it or not this Hooters deserves a 5 star rating. Large area to hold many tables including a balcony indoors, fast service, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and tons of parking outside. Our waitress, Emma, was very sweet and helpful even when I was small random talking with her about wings and the age of some coins. CONS: The tables did not turn over at all. One next to us looks to not have been touched since Kennedy was in office, but since the crowd was small it didn't matter as much. OVERALL: This is a more upscale Hooters vs the other Hooters restaurants I've been to. I'm certainly going back to it soon
