Nudy's Luncheonette

The food when it’s correct is very good but I’ve ordered 4 times out of 4 times has been correct! The last order which was yesterday I even called after placing the order on a delivery app to check that there wouldn’t be any mistakes!!! I went through the entire order over the phone after placing the order!!! Then I receive the order and it was completely wrong!!! They were not helpful on the phone and told me a manager would call me they never did. Lost my business and I will be posting on every platform I can. It’s a shame because the cook is clearly a good cook but I never get the right order! It is all wrong and they are not polite when you call. The customer service is abysmal! I never write nasty reviews but I took the time to write this! I still haven’t been called so I called back they claim there is no manager working today or yesterday! Why did they not say they yesterday?!? Communication is important for customers to understand and have realistic expectations. I will update if they call but I doubt it!

I thought I had already reviewed this place but I don’t see my review. Overall I would say this is a very good breakfast selection. They have all the classics. The service is good. The establishment is clean. I can’t think of anything that stands out but I also don’t really have a big negative to share either. Reliable, quick, reasonably priced, tasty! This is a chain in the area, so there are a bunch of Nudy’s in the Philadelphia suburbs and they do a good job with their consistency. This location is particularly small.

I had breakfast on Sunday at the counter and noticed a dusty counter top dirty light fixtures hanging over the counter and a fan blowing on countertop. While I was eating I could not stop and think why am I eating around all this dirt. Poor judgement on my part I should have left before my food came and couldn’t finish. I most likely will not return.
