Saladworks

I ordered from this salad works on 7/15/21 for pick-up at 6:45 (30 minutes after the order was placed on their mobile app). When I arrived at 6:45, there were 3 workers and no customers in the restaurant and they had not started my order. I waited for 25 minutes for them to make the order (which was only 3 items). In this time, only 2 other people had entered the restaurant, both of which were served first.... this is completely unacceptable if you're going to offer mobile service which is supposed to be faster.... look elsewhere for a quick pick-up unless you want to wait for 30 minutes while there are no customers in store. Terrible time management.

I have ordered through DoorDash for this restaurant a few different times, and each time I have, my order is missing an item I’ve paid extra for. I called the store, and spoke with someone who couldn’t tell me why the item I purchased wasn’t included, but said “just call DoorDash for a refund”. I’ll do you one better sir, and not order from you moving forward.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of Customer Service at the Wayne location. I visit this location quite frequently. Today, upon placing my order, I noticed the associate provided me with far less chopped eggs (about a teaspoon) than my usual order. When I asked for more eggs, the associate replied "I will have to charge you for more". I explained to the associate I frequently order salads from this location and never have I received such small servings of my choice selection. Her response "well they must've been giving you too much". Now this may seem minor, but good Customer Service is key. While I do not believe the customer is always right, I do not feel an associate should publically debate with a customer. The associate could of apologized and said "I understand and will honor your request at no additional charge this time. Going forward however, our policy is...(and stated their policy). Instead she debated with me about an additional teaspoon for what is typically a $12 salad purchase for me...and I don't even eat meat! I was so annoyed by the lack of Customer Service that I walked out without completing my order. Either I will need to find a new location or just remove Saladworks from my "go to" places all together.

Love this place! The staff is friendly. Haven't been here in a while and a coworker mentioned about getting salads and going here. I forgot about this place but now I will never forget. The Buffalo Blue salad was delicious. They were quick and the staff was friendly. Busy place! There was a line to order but expected during lunch hours. I will be coming back.
