Overall the food was good except chips. Possibly RANCID FRY OIL or chips? Tastes AWFUL. Chips crispy today but taste BAD. This happened at multiple locations including today's on Michigan Avenue so makes me think it's a systemic problem.
Also they didn't give me a receipt, no napkins and no hot sauce I asked for.

Line wrapped around the building while drive thru workers were blocking the entry door smoking. They casually walk in to hand out orders that were stacking up. Another employee dragging her feet wandering around the store in sandals. I finally flag someone down to check in for my online order and end up with horrible food quality all thrown together in a mess, every single shell crack with the contents falling out the bottom. There's a bunch of clowns running around doing the least amount of work possible. Corporate needs to get a handle on this location yesterday!

I was surprised the inside was open so we went inside to order which was a great cus the drive thru line was a bit long. The inside was nice and clean,Service was good,the Employee that took our order was nice.Food wait was a bit long but not too bad,I’m glad they took their time and made our order right!

Don’t know what was up with todays drive thru girl, but had attitude the whole time ordering. Usually the customer service is excellent here. We just need to go to another location too, everyone we’ve came we’ve been missing something too.

Rude employees, no one can preform their jobs, can't even make a uber order correctly might as well fire the whole crew and start from scratch , manager and general Manger are Goofy and un fit to run a restaurant . Spend 50 bucks get treated like garbage then never get my order cuz they claim it's not on the screen when it clearly was ordered the right store had 4 uber people tell me yall said its not showing up so I xall to figure it out and I get treated like garbage ? Really? OK

Went to pick up lunch for the office like usual. Was told only 1 online order per car. Told me I had to wait through the drive through line again to pick up 2nd order or go inside. Waisted my whole lunch break. Won’t go back again.

the guy working the drive through was rude as hell. they forgot my nacho fries but put cheese in the bag for them i tried calling them and they keep answering and hanging up on me. will never come to this taco bell again .

Never enough meet and I was a little sad there was no Mexican pizza but that's not really there fault, but usually it is pretty decent
