Too bad these wokesters were too preoccupied with their 33 pieces of pride flair and political messaging and virtue signaling rather than making drinks and providing good service. Some of these people have been waiting 30-40 minutes and it’s not because they’re understaffed. They had to remake drinks about 15 times during a small rush this morning.

I love this Starbucks! Awesome staff! They have the sweetest young lady that works the drive through, when I get to the window, she always asks how my day is going and finds a way to complement me. The staff here just really seem to genuinely care about getting to know their customers and making sure thier customers have a good experience.

Worst Starbucks ever. The last 2 times I’ve been I ordered ahead 20 min through the app. I arrive 20 min after ordering and just a cup with my name is in the holder. This is not at 8am like a busy time. Before 6 am both times. 2 people inside one time and zero the other. Staff is rude when you ask about it. Everyone acts like you don’t exist. Will not stop here ever again. And I’m not a Karen. I never do these.

This location can be busy at times, but overall, the service is friendly and efficient. When it's busy, there will be a wait, but very rarely is the order wrong.
If you're a Starbucks regular, this is a great location to visit.

Their drinks are always great, made to recipe. However, I avoid getting any kind of pastry after seeing about 5+ Flys 🪰 crawling around in the pastry case. When I said something to the girl she said "Oh, yeah, I know. We can't do anything about them!" Unacceptable!
I actually worked at this location some years ago and I know for a fact their was never an issue with any kind of bugs in that store thenand there shouldn't be now!

Memorial Day ! Stopped in for a Latte had to go inside. Usually I use the drive in. It is rather fast but don't go inside unless you wanna wait an hour for a drink..The girl they had at the Register seemed asleep still not sure why she would be at the Check out..🙄 They we're allowing drive INS to have their drinks first and Mobile but people that walked in had wait last...this is Poor Management needs be corrected..Bad experience will try Hudson Oaks location.

It was not a busy Saturday. First no offer to scan for points.
Second, barista was talking non stop to her customer friend and wasn't even calling out orders. Pretty sure made drink wrong because I asked for a dirty Chai latte and it put me to sleep

Today is very busy. I understand I am completely understanding. Not in a rush at all, but what I am writing about is the cashier… Starbucks is known for their inviting smile, and warm welcome. That should not drop due to business.
The cashier could be WAY nicer to her team members and guest.
You have people willing to wait 10+ minutes for a 6 dollar drink. Smile. Congratulations you are busy, so hats so awesome! To keep business, make them feel welcome and NOT a burden.
