Chili's

Our waitress I believe her name was Avery was great! She was the highlight of our meal and experience! However, the kitchen service was horrible. They put in our order at the table and we even saw on our bill what was put in and it was put in correctly. We ordered a triple dipper with big mouth bites. They were wrong and it took an abnormal amount of time for 2 small replacements to come out. So long in fact I was done eating my food by the time it came out. The manager came by but I had to ask her to do something about that part of our meal as everyone else was done eating. Other than that she was just showing me how I can pay. I ordered a sirloin also, and I know what your thinking it’s not a steak house. I get that. While it was cooked how I ordered it the outside of the steak was charred which is a big no-no for any steak or place that serves it.

I placed a 2 go order for a Bowl of soup and a house salad for 9 bucks after tax. I didn't leave a tip because its a 2 go order. I received a salad that had barley anything in it. Last time I ordered this I got a very good sized salad. What a shame. I will not be returning. I guess everyone should start tipping at McDonald's, whataburger, taco bell etc. I only tip when I sit and eat at an establishment like this. A bunch of punks working at Chili's.

Placed a to go order and that was easy. Had my son pick up the food. Food got to our home and we were missing our sides of fries for two of the chicken crisper orders. My kids told me not to call in and complain because who needs that right now. So we enjoyed our lunch at home for mother's day. We will be placing another TO GO ORDER.

They always have the friendliest of waitstaff and your food is out to you quick. Wide selection of options for any budget. Great place for eating with friends or family! Kids menu has photos which makes it easy for them to pick out exactly what they want on their own and on the reverse side it has activities that get the whole family involved!

DON'T let them seat you in the bar unless you're just there to drink and flirt with the waitress! Bartender was dismissive, inattentive, and absent. Didn't refill drinks until EVERY SINGLE GLASS at the table was completely empty and we had to flag her down and ask for refills. We were an extremely easy table and she was still openly put off by having to serve us. And to top it all off, after the truly terrible service, she had the gall to add an almost $2 charge to our bill for 2 things of ranch!! We get ranch every single time we eat there, never once in the past EIGHT YEARS have we been charged for ranch! This girl just annoyed at our existence and wanted to make our stay as uncomfortable as possible. Well mission accomplished I guess.

If you ever get seated you'll feel like you hit the lottery. Stood at the host stand for 5 minutes, made eye contact with multiple employees who never acknowledged us or greeted us. This location cares zero about their customers, sales, profit or brand. I'm glad they don't represent my business. Called to talk to the MIC and was left on hold indefinitely. Never going there again.

Every time we go here there’s always a shortage of staff. And the little amount of staff they do have is always complaining about the manager‘s takes forever to be seated, it’s because of lack of servers.it takes forever to get your food order because of lack of service. It takes forever to get your food because of lack of service. and by the time you get your food most of the times it is cold. we went there on 5/9/22 with our family of seven was told it would be 20 minutes to be seated and an hour later they never notified us an 1: 20 minutes went by and they shut the place down we feel as though they did this because they did not want to take any more customers.
