Hunter Jennings was my sales rep.
We live in Abilene, TX and drove all the way in on a truck we closed a deal over the phone on a first purchase brand new Silverado 1500 Trail Boss. The process was very smooth and easy. Clear and informative to all our questions. We have found a future home in buying our family vehicles and already made recommendations for a cousin to stop in soon as he is in the market for a small car/SUV. The Tech Specialist made it easy to go over the Connected Vehicle info and it was nice to meet our Service Writer in the Shop on the 1st day. The delivery with a silver bow on our truck was the icing on our cake with smiles leaving with our new truck. Thank you also to Shane for helping us get into the truck we looked for and helping us with the best price and options available. Outstanding Team!!

I brought both my vehicles in at the same time for different issues. I was promptly met by Josh Martin, my regular service coordinator and I told him that my wife and me we're going to wait at the dealership for them. Both were repaired and out in the time he said they would be. Once again everyone at Jerry's came through with a job well done.

I'm 200mil away from Jerry's and I was able to secure a deal over the phone as the salesperson Sarah Thompson was great and knew all the answers to my questions! I also spoke to a "MANAGER" Dustin on the phone, and he gave me some great advice as well. Both Sarah and Jacki are very knowledgeable. Jacki knows heaps about setting up the truck and even connecting my mobile to the truck for me! All of the personnel were great to deal with!!!! My truck is soooooo great to drive...I just I wished closer to Jerry's Chevrolet so I could get the service work done there as well!!

I have purchased a number of vehicles from Jerry’s Chevrolet over the years. Their customer service has declined, and the purchase process has become more difficult over time. I tried to purchase a truck from Jerry’s, and I worked with Lee Merrill on the purchase. Lee was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my dealings with him. I reported the issues I had with Lee to the general manager, Kevin Reeves. The general manager never reached out to me and instead had a sales manager contact me. The sales manager did nothing to help resolve the issues I had.
I purchased the truck from another dealer who places value on customer service. I have no intention of ever purchasing another vehicle from Jerry’s.
Response to Kevin Reeves:
I never had a phone or in-person conversation with Kevin Reeves. I sent Kevin two emails and he never responded to either of them. He did have Sales Manager, Dustin Mitchell reach out to me when I sent my first email to him. I had a couple of conversations with Dustin regarding the truck purchase. I tried to schedule a time to bring my truck in to be appraised and I sent Dustin documents that he needed in order to apply certain discounts to the purchase. Dustin stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Kevin received a second email from me explaining all this as well as the correspondence I sent Dustin Mitchell that I never received a response to.
Kevin also failed to address Lee Merrill's unprofessional behavior in his response.

Charles Kincaid did a great job stepping in for Dominic Moreno who was out at the time. We needed a truck fairly urgently because we had purchased a new camper and Charles made it happen. This is the third vehicle we purchased from Jerry's over the past year and had great experiences with all three.

The service receptionist was very friendly, and had a nice smile on her face unlike the receptionist at the Buick service center. She had the same smile on her face when I came back hours later to pick up my car. She is a keeper! The service Technician that serviced my car, was very knowledgeable and actually fixed the problem while I was standing there. I went ahead and had the oil changed and an all wheel allignment done on it and they were expedient. Although I was not expecting such a high bill, I was happy to pay it, because they did not charge me $150 diagnostics fee, and since it was such an easy fix, I was fine with paying the bill. Also had a coupon with $15 off and that helped a little.

The dealership is nice and clean. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dennis Morgan is just the kind of salesman I like to work with. He is very knowledgeable and not pushy. He let us go at our pace and helped with any questions we had.
