Sonic Drive-in

The 3 milkshakes I got were good. The ordering process was horrible and annoying. The first 3 screens I tried to order from were broken. When I finally got to the 4th screen I placed my order for 2 shakes then was told my total and hung up on. I had to press the button again and ask to add my 3rd milkshake then she hung up on me again. So then I walked up and knocked on the door to let them know exactly what I wanted. The lady only brought out 2 milkshakes. I get the fact they were busy and maybe short staffed but don't rush. It takes twice as long. Everyone was friendly

The order was correct but unfortunately it was not hot. The car hop was polite and pretty fast. But my onion rings were lukewarm in my burger was not really even that hot. I still ate it and I didn't have any time to go back and say anything. I know this can occasionally happen but that was my experience today. But for $15, I really wished it had been hot.

I understand you maybe short-handed... but to wait 35 minutes to pick up 4 shakes, it’s ridiculous. I had to give-up and unassigned the order, so I don’t know how long it would’ve ended up taking. I saw lots of other people coming and going. Just because it’s an Uber order, we shouldn't be put last (we are just trying to make a living also)! Thank you for your time!
