Absolutely love this place! Go to the quiz every week and find it a good mixture of general knowledge and fun. Toby and Ivan are amazing on the bar and make it such a welcoming local spot

Cool place, great staff, great beer. Good to have a place surrounded by the actual brewery as so many brewery taprooms have just become you’re average bar.

Very nice range of quality beer to enjoy while sitting among the vats. Cool! The quiz on Wednesday is super, winner gets a bar tab. A little light on atmosphere but the perfect setting for a chat or a board game during off-peak. AND they will order food on your behalf from the local takeaways and bring it to you which is a really great service. Plus they have free feminine hygiene products if you get caught out.
Incidentally, I also did a paint and wine night here too, which was awesome.

Just popped in for a little beer....as usual great service and enjoyable banter with Bar staff and Patrons... never disappoints.😁👍

Dropped in for Wellington On A Plate so tried their burger "I can't believe it's not butter chicken" the burger was not the best. Go for a KFC burger for a quarter of the price and more satisfying. As for the facility it was well lit nice and open, very clean I see it must have been a bit of an echo chamber until they installed panels in the ceiling. Staff are relaxed and open. It looks like a number of locals are regulars. Bad burger but good experience none the less.

Loved it. Was really cool being back in the little “village” I grew up in and seeing it now has a little tap house. Staff were great, beer was great. Definitely recommend you try the sour beer!

Very cool vibe, spacious and authentic, these are the words is choose due Hataitai's cool new micro-brewery.
With a little range of other beers to compliment their own Pale Ale, beer snobs and their friends will all be satisfied. Yummy snacks keep you going as the evening sun encourages you to stick around longer.
Go here and enjoy seeing the club evolve and grow.
