It was the second time that I've been there and was amazing! The staff are very friendly and very flexible with the menu. The portions are huge, you can easily share between two people.
I highly recommend the crispy pork on rice, it was so good! I'll return soon for sure 😊

Legitimately has possibly the best broth of all the hot pots. Lamb 2 flavour pot came with a huge amount of incredibly delicious chunks of lamb; a meal in of itself even before the plethora of generously portioned side dishes were delivered. Ca recommend.

Just stopped in for some hot and sour soup and it was great. Placed our order and received it fairly quick..

What a nice find! An unpretentious Chinese restaurant serving delicious and tasty dishes. Had the pork ribs with garlic, homemade tofu with seafood, pickled vegetables with fish. All three dishes were yummy.

Delicious food and not too expensive although TOP kitchen is in the center on Cuba St. After meal, go out and enjoy some drink on Cuba walking street !

Great food. Best in town in my opinion with great BBQ and the duck noodle soup is incredible. I've had close to 1/3 of the menu now, maybe more, but not a dish has been a failure yet.

Best Chinese food in Wellington central.
I highly recommend this place, it has always been my go to Chinese comfort food. Thanks for the team you bring yummy Chinese food to Wellington city. Sending my love as I am leaving Wellington soon 🥹🥲. I ordered spicy chicken and cumin lamb!

A very pleasant experience on the 1st day of Christmas. One of the few opened restaurants on the 25th of December. Despite adding 15% surcharge, which is fair for working during Christmas, the food was top notch.
The stuffed eggplant made my wife almost tear up due to pure joy during eating. The Kung Pao chicken wasn't exactly what I was used to, but this one was probably.prw authentic than I've eaten back at home. Also the dumplings were close to perfect.
Sitting at the window and watching people added some entertainment while eating. Almost like watching TV. Would definitely come again when visiting Wellington next time.

I tried the deep fried squid, hot and sour soup and crispy roast pork on rice. I ordered too much, all was very tasty, the pork wasn't as crispy as hoped, restaurant very busy, need to possibly book a table, staff are so busy not time to personalize with anyone, good portions, decent prices, will definitely be back.

Great authentic Chinese food. Taste is good. Volume is good. Price is reasonable. What else can I ask for? Maybe a heart warming smile on staff’s face? Haha. My son loved the Mapo tofu. Said it’s on his all time top 3 list.
