Had the platter for 2. The brisket, pulled pork and ribs were quite good but the sausage were way to spicy (found out later they were jalapeno). Will go again.

There for dinner ,Meat is very good I liked its smoky flavor.Quick service, very friendly staff.They know how to do their job well, one piece of advice I would have liked to find the chips a little less hard.Will definitely come back.

We were so impressed!! they should be proud of thier team, we felt welcome and comfortable and the food was so good we went back the next night. Brisket burger 10/10

Good family good, even the chicken tenders and waffles for my 6year old was an excellent choice. He loved it... I enjoyed my platter for one and my hubby enjoyed his brisket burger 🍔😊😊😊

Three of us tried THE BRISKET JAMMINATOR, their Wellington On A Plate Burger last night. Beef patty, with smoked mānuka brisket cheesesteak, in a parmesan cup, burger sauce and bone marrow bacon jam in a Brezelmania milk bun served with fries for $29. I had a lovely blood orange gin & tonic to go with it. They were delicious. They also had a gluten free bread option. Friendly service. We all left very full and happy. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Really tasty Wellington on a Plate burger which we shared for lunch. Fries are excellent. Had another Garage Project Devils Lettuce beer. Will go back

Nice bbq / smoke house restaurant. Service was good, food was good. Brisket was very tender, and platter for 1 was a good mix of options.

I did a review back when it opened and my experience was only okay but have since been back a few more times recently and I have to say they've upped their game in a massive way. Serving sizes are a lot bigger but not only that, the quality is better.
Customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is great and welcoming.
The food is consistently amazing at the moment, the burger specials are also amazing. I had this amazing chicken burger (can't remember what it's called but I'll post a photo) and it changed my life!
Definitely recommend giving Wilson BBQ a visit!!

Not too bad but I was expecting more flavour from the meat tbh. The chips were seasoned good but made the burgers feel bland in comparison. Customer service was 10/10.
