Love this place, friendly staff and fantastic coffee. They also have a great seating area out behind the coffee machine!

New Chapter has the best coffee in Wellington! And the staff are lovely, they make you feel welcome from the moment you open the door. New Chapter is definitely one of my top 5 cafés in Wellington!

Staffs were very kind and took care of me. Even though I was not satisfied with Rydges Hotel Wellington service(Terrible!) nearby, we felt some comfort here. If I can visit Wellington again, I want to go here too.

Cabinet food is not your usual fare and excellent.

Popped in to meet up with family, and had a great filter coffee, and a wonderful Haloumi and eggplant toasted Turkish bread sandwich. The only issue was that the hard services make it hard for my hearing aids to cope, but this is more than made up for with the food, the coffee, and the very good staff. I'd recommend a visit for a quick bite and coffee.

Most beautiful latte art! We went at 10:30 AM and most of the cabinet food had sold on the day we went, so recommend going early. Staff were very kind and service was fast

As I sit here watching the Monday morning foot traffic walk by, I wonder ‘don’t they know the best coffee in Wellington is here?

Excellent flat white. Friendly service. Not too crowded and Music isn’t so loud, which is good. Good place for coffee break. Alcohol served as well. Will come again :)
