Service wasn't good. Staff looked tired and disinterested, as if haven't been paid for days. The product is fine. Pricey? A little perhaps! But that's my opinion comparing other coffee outlets which also serve light snacks and cakes. Their speciality is the frappacino or frappe made from coffee and even though they're nice but are also very sugary.
It's conveniently situated and competes with the likes of Starbucks and Hudson Coffee, although these are not present in Plaza.

Have a good morning mood because of good customer service here. The barista lady with her smile and voice is very friendly. Coffee in Gloria jeans can’t complain and I’m actually its loyal customer.
