Customer service needs improvement! Mostly from management.
The manager/owner is always rude. The rest of the staff is nice.
Food is ok and over priced.
They do deliver locally for free which is a plus, then again your paying $15-20 for one item.

Really sweet little place with good food and nice staff. It's in an office building so business is mostly take out. Always busy, so call ahead with your order or leave yourself some time. They are vegetarian friendly (the grilled veggie sandwich is great!) and good about editing orders for those of us with allergies.

Spent $20 / 2 people,
~ No discount for refills on a $2.50 bland drip coffee.

was also low on flavor.

Sooo good! Best burrito I've had in West Hollywood. The egg was runny and perfect. The bacon bits were tasty. It had so much flavor, add salsa and ketchup! So bomb.

Worst service, unfriendly and not helpful staff, poor quality of food and taste, unhealthy food and atmosphere is rather bad. I would not go again. Also no internet.
