Blaze Pizza

This was our first and last time eating here. The pizza is good, they prepare and bake it fresh for you. They have many ingredients to choose from. The place is clean even bathrooms are clean. I'm only giving 2 stars because the girls (in their late teens) where giving us an attitude when we came in to order. The girl pictured was the one with the most attitude. Other girls and lady ( not pictured) would just stare like if they didn't want us there, or hated that we came in to eat there. We only stayed because our family was already hungry and we didn't want to waste time walking to another pizzeria. Also they don't have plates or utensils, but that wasn't a problem for us. To the owner please educate your employees in good customer service, other than that your place is clean and the food is good.

This restaurant is located next to our hotel. We went there for lunch not knowing what to expect. The place is beautifully decorated. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We had Chicken Milanaise, Rib-Eye and Margarita pizza which make up the kids menu for our little 5 year old girl. We were very pleased with our food. It was fresh and delicious. The parts are done and the prices are reasonable.

This location offers a nice typical Blaze Pizza experience with an ambiance that's better than some of the other locations. The location was well-designed with high ceilings, a spacious dining area, and nice restroom area. Service was pleasant when I ate here on a weekday evening. All the pizza toppings I wanted were available. I also noted that the dessert brownies and cookies were available, some other locations run out of them in the evening. Three small complaints with my visit: - Several tables were left dirty with crumbs, small pieces of food, etc despite not many customers - Pizza was sliced unevenly (by a lot) . - Sauce on the side were given to me only half full. I asked for BBQ and ranch, seemed like they barely put anything in the container. I usually eat Blaze Pizza about once a month.. Would I go back here?, Yes but I would not go out of my way if I were closer to another Blaze location.

I can’t give this rating based off of the quality of the food because I never received it. I ordered online and when I came in to pick it up, they said they cancelled all online orders. I never received a notification saying my order was cancelled and on top of that, my credit card was still charged. Instead of the employee offering to make my pizza in house or offer any sort of concession, they just walked away without even an apology for the inconvenience. The charge still has not been reversed on my credit card despite trying to call and contact them on their website with no response. I’m sure the pizza is good but the service definitely was not.

this is probably the worse location, anyone with food allergies or in a plant based diet, be careful coming to this location, the vegan cheese was covered in other non vegan cheeses, a nasty looking green one, I told the girl and she said she was taking from the bottom. I also always had the impression that the employees are rude there reading the reviews turn out it isn’t just me thinking that.. oh I end up not eating my food cause is just tasted off to me 😖

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER. Rude! RUDE! Rude! I’ve never been so disgusted by people’s attitudes before! Made my food taste bad! Shout out to the guy that made my pizza he was kind but everyone else made us feel so unwelcome! From the second we walked in. I saw another review regarding this same employee (girl in the picture) and y’all really gotta do something about her. She’s an awful worker has poor customer service and is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I hope she acts disrespectfully to the wrong person soon so she can get a reality check. The worst blaze pizza I’ve ever been to.
