Pretty good market. Has the stuff I need at decent prices. I have serious problems with the prices of their produce though. However despite that, they have some of the best fresh produce around and some things I havent seen anywhere else. They got some pretty great ready made meals options likes salads, soups, indian dishes, sandwiches and even burgers crabcakes and pizza! All freshly prepared in their kitchen right in front of you. Literally you can watch them make and prepare food and package it.

The carving station.. Prices high for me though. Go when can. Especially when craving something can only find here. selection and variety. Amazing!! Well worth the prices but on social security so hard for me to spend that much. Employees great. None elsewhere like them. i am in awe of this store. I could spend hours here and spend a fortune! Anything you could want they have and then some. Love, love this store.

The employees are kind, but the prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive compared to every other grocery store in LA. Even Whole Foods has better deals. The identical product at Whole Foods are $3 more at Gelson’s. It makes no sense. The vibe is nothing special either for the premium prices. It feels just like a Ralph’s. Unfortunately I won’t be returning because of the crazy mark ups.

Deli & prepared foods were delicious so I returned a 2nd time- greatly regret it. I got SO sick and food poisoning from these chicken salads n sushi. I informed mgmnt I'd only consumed what I'd bought here, showed the receipt, said they'll reach out and never heard back. Besides that, very bright and organized place with lots of options. I'll just have to stay away from anything prepared 'fresh' there :(

I come to this store often and normally it's good. I have my favorite employees and the employees I would rather avoid. I have my favorite food items. Today wasn't the best shopping experience it could have been. The carving station meat was set out late, the 1/4 slice cornbread was mislabeled/mispriced as the 1/2 slices, the deli was out of havarti which was fine I selected a different cheese, and I dealt with a passive aggressive checkout clerk who is never in a good mood. Just a typical day. I have had much better experiences at Gelsons.

My husband and I visit Gleason’s market for the kitchen court for pizza and two orders of chicken aioli . The cook was very rude since we approach him to start our order. We never gotten a very low and unprofessional service of food. He was bothered and rude answering our questions and taking our order. I don’t know how you hire very unprofessional employees in the food court.
