P.f. Chang's

We made reservations in advance, and when we arrived (6:00) we were seated quickly. We were more than 8 feet from any other table. We ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings and some wonton soup. Everything was delicious flavorful and hot. Kids (3) got plain chicken no sauce. Lemonade and pineapple juice for drink. My wife had the sesame chicken and I had the Peking duck (seasonal only). Everything was cooked perfect and served hot. Me and my wife had the Mai Tai is was good but strong. We did not get coffee or dessert. I am considering this place for our soon upcoming Christmas party.

Service is not good at this location. I ordered curbside take-out, called when I arrive and they left me on hold for 20 minutes, I had to call again and was again left on hold. I scheduled my order ahead of time and it was 30 minutes late. At least communicate that you're waiting for it to be prepared; so frustrating to be left waiting without an update.

Tranquil pleasant low light ambience with sufficient measures taken for safe indoor dining experience , food is great and service is prompt. they are pro tech , have adopted menu online and self pay from phone. lots of well made and flavorful spicy items on the menu. Not many dessert options though. very reasonable pricing for the setting. they also have pickup and well arranged pickup parking with numbered spots. overall a good place for a pleasant chinese dining experience

I went today with my husband as always did since we used to love this place. The food was awful and the portions are smaller. We told that to the manager and she just said sorry about that, which made me think why this place is getting horrible. Bad management. Never coming back again. And I’m giving two starts because the staff is nice and the place itself is beautiful. Plus they did not put heat and today was really cold.

I usually like PF Chang but today is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered my lunch about 2 hours and 40mins ago and I have NOT received my order. It is 3:50pm and it was ordered at 1:11pm, with estimated delivery time of 1:53pm. A staff at PF Chang mentioned that they couldn’t get a hold of Doordash delivery guy and he almost sounded like encouraging me to cancel my order as they couldn’t deliver the food. I think they should be responsible for what they are offering, in this case, the delivery. If they thought the weather isn’t good for the delivery service, they could have decided not to offer it today or call the customer in advance to let him/her know about the situation. Not waiting for the customer to call and inquire about the order placed about an hour ago. I told the staff that I still want my food and he is trying his best to have the food delivered but I am still very dissatisfied and disappointed with today’s experience.

Food was okay. The only reason for the 5 stars is the customer service EVERYBODY checks on you. Well let me rephrase that my waiter seemed like they was just waiting to get off shift but once they left the manager and everyone else did a fabulous job making sure the experience was great. They even sung happy birthday to me ❤❤. O enjoyed it the drinks were good.

As a near-by resident, we had visited this place at least 1-2 times a month and even done take-outs. I use to love the ambience and service. The take-away staff especially was very friendly and accommodating. The food is always hot even if you are late by 15-20 mins. The quality of food is also pretty good. The only two occasions I've had issues is 1) at times the fried rice is not properly cooked 2) the egg drop soup is quite salty only on Sundays (staff change or something). Other than that, a great good place to eat in the west new york vicinity.
