Lusso Bar & Lounge

Small, well-appointed place. Great location. Service was a little slow, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy. I had the Veal Milanese with linguini. The arugula salad was tasty but in my opinion the veal itself and the linguini were under-seasoned. The breading on the veal was crunchy and not oily at all, so that was good. I wish they also served some bread while we waited... It would've made the wait for our food more enjoyable.

The food here is great. The pasta is delicious and the pizza choices are perfect! The issue is the service. They always seem short staffed. The food takes a little long to come out when it’s not even crowded. Once they have that down they will be a perfect spot to go with a 5 star rating. The food itself deserves 5 stars.

I try so hard to love this place. Perfect location, nice ambiance, decent food. But Everytime I show up, something new is wrong .Whether it be poor service, lack of staffing, spilled drinks/food with no regard to my experience, etc. The final straw was when I attempted to order food and I was told more than half their menu was not available. Staff was not apologetic, when I asked for the check after I was brought my drinks he didn't even have the courtesy to bring it out himself (I was 1 of 3 tables at the restaurant). I tried, I promise I tried. But today will be the last day I visit Lusso until I get word of new management

Seamlessly blends a cozy bar scene with an expansive menu of delicious handmade pizzas, traditional Italian classics, and burgers. We ordered the Supreme and Caprese, and both pizzas were stellar. They display a handful of TVs but are able to retain the ambience you’d expect at an intimate Italian meal. Contrary to what I’ve read on here, the manager is approachable, conversational, and down-to-earth...it seems he truly takes pride in the quality of the Lusso experience. Will return!

Called in yesterday to reserve a table for my moms birthday. Now I wasn't going to be able to be there but when I called I explained it was for my mom and wanted it to be special and also asked that they give her a nice table and sing happy birthday. The dinner was today and was told by both my mom and brother that the food and place was nice however the service wasn't the greatest. I was also told that they barely even got their food and no happy birthday song was sung. So my brother ended up taking her somewhere else for dessert. Oh and also the place wasn't even full! Completely disappointed!

I have been coming here for the last year, and after reading the reviews it’s obvious there are two sides to every story. First the good, the pizza is good, and the salads are good too. Also, a shout-out to the new chef, as I have had some great dinners here lately, just ask for the specials, I had the chicken rollatini and it was amazing! Ok, now the bad, it’s a local bar and sometimes it gets loud, especially as it gets late, but the stereo is good and there’s always sports on the multiple TV’s so if you have a two year old you might want to think twice about showing up on Friday night at 11:30, just saying. But the local Crowd is cool so if you want to hang out and have a cocktail, the music is good, and the bartenders are friendly.
