Dunkin'

So I went there to get some ice cream since I was craving something, the lady in the BR spot was really not in the mood. First she ignored me, then she rejected my request, and since I didn’t know what to pick because I didn’t want to choose something I wouldn’t like I was really indecisive she straight up looked at me that I needed to hurry up since she had things to do.

I went to this Dunkin when I was vacationing at Virginia beach, first, the lady at the register only heard half of what I was ordering, I had to keep repeating my order to her, I order a medium coffee, the other lady preparing my order gave me a small coffee even though my receipt said medium, I had to go back and wait, then the item I ordered two of, they only charged me one, had to go back in line and order the second one.

every time i order coffee rolls and glazed donuts and they don’t have any of them , the place disgustingly smells like hot socks and that was the killer for me i won’t come back here never ! and people please don’t go to this store if you don’t like the staff they’re people like us they’re not machines working for you stop being an as*holes

I order a avocado toast didn't like because it got soggy the toast asked for it more toasted they didn't do it asked for money back couldn't get that so I had to order something else being in a rush to get to work had to management needs to be on top of this I've been coming hear for a while not sure if will often now

I’ve never had a bad experience here.. but I’ve also never had to deal with them being “closed” at 1:30am. It has to be a new guy doing this cause this NEVER happened, door’s locked and everything is going off in there with no one in sight for 30 straight mins. Rude and a waste of time/money tonight.

Anyone reading this review, don't go to this Dunkin, it's the worst. I ordered 4 sandwiches in detail. I received 3 correct and 1 wrong. (My sandwich to be exact) Past experiences always ended up the same way, something went wrong. Thanks for nothing because I also am calling to the store but no answer. Get better workers who can read an order and not mix it up. Last time I'm ordering from this location.

I just placed an order for pick up. I specifically asked for different type of bread for sandwich and when I unwrapped to see it was the original bread and not the one I requested. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PEOPLE'S ORDERS. This is not the first and I'm sure won't be the last time you continuously mess up peoples orders. I see how employees work in this location and it seems they lack the proper customer service and clear lack following instructions reading order requests properly.
